About LAU OLE

Building leaders; empowering communities.

Outreach, Leadership & Empowerment (OLE) at LAU aims at fostering holistic student empowerment.

OLE is LAU’s hub for student leadership development. Its main objective is to have students equipped with the skills and tools they need to thrive both personally and professionally, preparing them for future roles as global citizens and ethical leaders.

Beyond academics, students grow through leadership training, skills development, conferences and volunteering, within Lebanon and beyond, on LAU’s Beirut and Byblos campuses.
